We had a joint two-week workshop with OSU in 2008. The first week was discussion of particle physics and participating in activities that could be used in the classroom to learn about science and particle physics. The second week we built cosmic ray detectors. Teachers who had previously been involved in the OU QuarkNet Center attended one of the two weeks. The teachers attending were Chelsea Foo, David Hollar, Carol Seljeseth, Dirk Taylor, and Greg Miller. Teachers still interested in OU QuarkNet but not attending are Marty Peters, Cheri Blackwood, Kurt Bachman, and Cort Hayhurst (as far as I know). Teachers recruited by OSU attending their first QuarkNet meeting attended both weeks.
