This page contains a set of three short video clips of wave pulses on a slinky spring. One shows a single pulse reflected from a fixed end, the second shows two pulses passing over each other, and the third is a longitudinal pulse. LivePhoto Physics uses high-speed DV format videography in which action may be stepped frame-by-frame, thus enabling easy use of video analysis software. The videos are 10-30 frames in length and may be viewed in step motion or real-time. Position and time data may be measured and collected by using video-analysis tools.
