Outdated VPython materials

We have been dilatory in requesting removal of the very old outdated VPython materials at

    https://www.compadre.org/portal/items/detail.cfm?ID=5692&Attached=1

We rarely get requests for the password on those old materials, but it does happen. Perhaps the old materials could be replaced with this advice: see vpython.org and webvpython.org.
