Extensive collection of solid state semiconductor device applets. Topics range from crystal structures to semiconductor device engineering. Even though designed for Engineering majors, many of the resources are useful to physics majors and to students taking introductory physics. In addition to the applets, the author provides explanations, theory, exercises, and tutorials.
