Detail Page

written by Gregory Bothun
This applet displays the periodic table of elements.  By clicking on an element the applet will show its line spectrum (as a neutral species). Cursor interrogation allows the wavelengths of various features to be measured. A parameter tag is used to control if the spectrum of the element in one of its ionized states is included in the database (which then becomes somewhat larger).

When I try to use your Elemental Spectra link, Java security blocks my access.
Java tells me to contact the originator and gives me relevant notes on how to correct the situation.
However, because I cannot send attachments via this comment method I cannot send you the details.
Please contact me by email and I will send the relevant attachments.
Alternatively, try it yourself, you should get the same Java Security message.
