Mini-Golf Model

written by Ben Stroup

The Mini-Golf Model is a three level putting game that get progressively harder. There are obstacles that the ball bounces off and water hazards that add a stroke to the score and returns the ball to the starting position. When the ball is resting, there is a velocity arrow that displays the direction and magnitude (length) of the initial velocity. To change the velocity, drag the sliders at the bottom and left side of the screen. The bottom slider changes the direction of the velocity, with a range of 0 to 360 degrees. The slider on the left changes the magnitude of the velocity, which is displayed by the length of the arrow.

The Mini-Golf Model was created using the Easy Java/JavaScript Simulations (EjsS) modeling tool.  It is distributed as a ready-to-run (compiled) Java archive.
