PER Journals

The physics education research (PER) community, by its interdisciplinary nature, has many journals in which to find articles relevant to one's research. At the same time, in America, PER has historically been represented in physics departments, and there has been pressure to publish in only a limited number of physics-oriented journals. In Europe, the situation is largely different, and many publications appropriate and relevant to PER are discipline-based education research journals. This article summarizes some of the journals in which major results have been published.
