| Abstract: | Through analysis of research papers, class observations, instructor interviews, and questionnaires, we examine student learning uncertainty in lower division physics laboratories. Because uncertainty is a very subtle, and in fact philosophical, topic, its treatment is paramount in students reception of the topic. Through this analysis we hope to enhance the methodology used to present uncertainty to students. |
