Is there a minimum specification for the Ejs models in Simple and Java 3D to run?

i have encountered users of Ejs applet of Java 3D implementation using INTEL ATOM processor. the applet is here https://sites.google.com/site/lookang/edulabgravityearthandsatelliteyjc/ejs_EarthAndSatelite07.jar?attredirects=0&d=1 and NTNU Virtual Lab is down for the moment.
i was informed that "ran very slowly and barely coped".
should i indicate that the minimum specs for EJS jar files made in Java 3D implementation?
referring http://phet.colorado.edu/en/faqs
could i also indicate the recommended specs Windows Systems Intel Pentium processor Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7 256MB RAM minimum
Macintosh Systems G3, G4, G5 or Intel processor OS 10.5 or later 256MB RAM minimum
Linux Systems Intel Pentium processor 256MB RAM minimum

"The recommended system requirement for running this EJS model in Java 3D is the Intel Pentium processor. "
