Could not build eclipse workspace

When trying to build the OSP workspace Eclipse throws
the following error message:
"The project was not built since the source file /osp/src/org/opensourcephysics/media/core/TimerClipControl.java
could not be read"
In fact, such a a file does not exist in the downloaded OSP core library.

Eclipse workspace code has been updated to fix the missing file bug.
