In the book "An Introduction to Computer Simulation Methods" the author refers to this site to download the package. Although I can't seem to find it.

The ComPADRE OSP collection replaces the Davidson College OSP website and almost all content has been moved to this new site. The OSP source code is available here:

We recommend that you download the Eclipse workspace and use Eclipse to compile and run the examples. A ready-to-run jar file that contains these examples is also available:
