Nebraska Astronomy Applet Project: Planetary Orbit Simulator

This webpage from the University of Nebraska contains a simulation of a planetary orbit. The visitor can control the size of the orbit and the eccentricity. The simulation can display velocity and acceleration vectors continually.  Each of Kepler's three laws has a separate section, with different display options to illustrate each law.
