Description: The NU-MRSEC offers a 9-week summer research experience for undergraduates located near the city of Chicago. Students are paired with leading researchers in science and engineering fields. Research areas include ceramics, nanocomposites, photonics, nanoparticles, molecular electronics, and biomaterials. Participants are paid a $4,500 stipend and travel expenses and housing are provided.
