| Description: | Undergraduate students are invited to participate in experimental and theoretical studies of the properties of complex materials. This intensive summer program takes place at the University of Vermont, funded in part through the Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) Program of the National Science Foundation. Research awards include a $5000 summer stipend, free housing and some funding for travel to UVM, as needed. Application information is posted at uvm.edu/physics/reu/. |
