This resource is a two-part lesson for high school students on vector properties, developed by the National Council for Teachers of Mathematics. It features two interactive vector games that allow the user to investigate a single-vector and a dual-vector system. Detailed instructional plans are provided and suggestions for use in the classroom. Also included are post-lesson assessment questions with answers provided.
This resource is part of a larger collection of standards-based lessons, labs, and activities.
This resource is part of a Physics Front Topical Unit.
Topic: Kinematics: The Physics of Motion
Unit Title: Vectors This two-day lesson is built around a pair of online games that let beginners investigate single-vector and dual-vector systems. Includes post-lesson assessments with answers provided. NOTE: Requires Flash plug-in. (Developed by National Council for Teachers of Mathematics) Link to Unit:
