TCNJ has had a long history of training physics teachers well. Over the past decade TCNJ has averaged over 3 majors per year going into Secondary Physics or Middle School Science teaching.  All Secondary Physics students do the equivalent of a double major in Physics and Education. We have recently strengthened our curriculum to demand more upper level physics courses of all majors, including those planning to teach.
