We have prepared for MA certification one or more would-be physics teachers each year.  Having recently established a new School of Education, Public Policy and Civic Engagement, and within that new school a STEM Department, we expect to expand our role in teacher preparation and professional development.   PTEC membership should greatly enhance prospects for our expansion efforts by generating greater matching resources from our University Administration.
