Currently we have an Education major with physics concentration. We are in the process of examining and streamlining the course offerings to enhance our physics teacher education programs.
Benefit that PTEC membership would bring: Through publications, news, conferences and workshops sponsored by PTEC, we hope to learn from national leaders and Coalition members those innovative ideas and successful programs that we can use to improve or enhance our physics and physical science teacher education efforts at St. Ambrose University. Eventually we hope to share our new ideas with Coalition members.
