Current efforts:
We have an advising plan for pre-service teachers

We are in close contact with Ed Department
We use active pedagogy in many classes.
We have undergraduates as peer instructors/learning assistants.  Our institution has a Noyce grant.  We have just revived the UNH Physics Teachers Association that provides professional development for teachers.  We have a learning assistants program, modeled after University of Colorado, that includes a pedagogy course.

Future efforts:
get pre-service and in-service teachers in contact with one another
