Outreach is a major activity of the Society for Physics Students

Also, the physics department holds open houses many times each year, including medalist day, accepted student
celebration day, Family weekend in the fall, and prospective student day.

The physics department offers Studio Physics I and II free of charge to
students in the New Visions Program
