Tap-l, the Teaching APparatus List,  is the email listserv for the Physics Instructional Resource Association.  The discussions focus mostly on demonstrations of physical phenomena, such as might be used in classes.  Topics  also include equipment and materials for creating demonstrations or use in laboratories.
