Implementing A Computer Rich Modeling-Cycle Pedagogy

Over the past dozen years Davidson College faculty and students have produced some of the most widely used interactive curricular materials for the teaching of introductory and advanced physics.  These materials are based on Java applets called Physlets and on new Open Source Physics (OSP) stand-alone programs.  This talk outlines the pedagogical and technical features of our simulations and describes current efforts to create and distribute this material using the NSF-sponsored comPADRE National Science Digital Library.
