BQ Learning: Better Questioning for Learning - May 29, 2008
The BQLearning database stores instructor specific Open Source Physics (OSP) curricular material for use at the instructor's home institution or by the rest of the educational community. Resources in the database are arranged by category (i.e. Mechanics, Modern Physics, etc.) and can also be found by entering search words. Instructors can mix and match these resources with their own curricular material and students have easy access to this modified material using a BQ database-generated URL.
The Statistical And Thermal Physics (STP) Project devoted to the enhancement of the teaching of undergraduate thermal and statistical physics. Its goal is to promote innovation in all aspects of the teaching of statistical and thermal physics in the undergraduate curriculum, including laboratory experiments, computational projects, student understanding of conceptual issues, ways of incorporating modern developments, issues related to energy in society, and conceptually-based ways of presenting statistical physics and classical thermodynamics.
