This site provides a collection of Java applets written for teaching, creating exercises, allowing self-study and for use as small research tools. They aim to permit an interactive exploration of the behaviour of physical systems. They illustrate concepts dealing with space exploration, the solar system, stars, nebulae, galaxies, astrophysics, and astronomical instruments. There is also a link that provides more resources for teaching astronomy.
